One of the best approaches to exfoliation is scrubbing the body with a scrub made of salt and sugar. Wet the skin in the shower or bath then rub it with this mixture in a circular, gentle motion. Limit sun exposure
Your skin darkens when exposed to the sun. However, since you cannot avoid sun exposure, prepare yourself in advance. For instance, use sunscreen, wide-brimmed hats, and long pants.
Moisturizers help in preventing dryness which kills skin cells. Apply a cream moisturizer after a shower or bath. Avoid alcohol creams because it causes dryness.
